Total Qualified Leads from all sources besides RYNO calls, forms, and chats

 

Overview:

Qualified Leads - Untaggable (Total)  is the count of leads from all sources besides RYNO tracked calls, forms, and chats for options selected in the Global Filter

 

Contacts that are from RYNO calls, forms, and chats can be reviewed and tagged to designate and disposition a subset of the contacts as qualified leads. Contacts from other sources, including non-RYNO calls, forms, chats are not “taggable” and are hence marked as “untaggable”. While we cannot tag these contacts, some provide their own data that indicates whether or not they should be considered qualified. Untaggables that do not provide this additional info are considered qualified, in order to avoid underreporting results. The data sources and the formula to calculate this metric are presented below.
