Overview:
The ServiceTitan Business Attribution 2.0 Adapter allows us to see tangible business results of marketing efforts. This offers a full marketing funnel from initial impression to revenue and includes metrics capturing various stages of the funnel. Business performance can be broken down by marketing channels or campaigns, ServiceTitan business units, or job types.
ServiceTitan Attribution is determined using Last-Touch Attribution. Using call tracking numbers, we match phone numbers sourced from marketing efforts to customers in ServiceTitan. We use a 90-day attribution window for marketing efforts so that jobs not completed immediately are credited to the marketing campaign that drove the revenue.
